I’m definitely a last minute person and I don’t like that fact about myself. Every time I say to myself – the next time I’ll make it on time without panic…but naaaah. So if you are also a last minute person and you don’t have advent wreath you are in the right place 🙂
Oh! And if you’re looking for fun and easy Christmas gifts for your family and friends, maybe you’ll like some of things on picture below.
For this advent wreath you will need:
– 3 hours of your time
– wreath 20 cm diameter
– two color (or more) yarn (I use this yarn https://www.ravelry.com/yarns/library/uschi-wolle-super-preis)
– 4mm crochet hook
– tapestry needle
– 4 candle, 4cm diameter
– 4 candle holders
– 4 buttons , 2,5 cm diameter
– ch – chain
– hdc – half double crochet
– slst – slip stitch
Start with 25 ch.
Make hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 hdc in every ch.
2. – 68. row
2ch, 23 hdc
Place this crochet peace around the wreath and sew it.
Start with magic ring ( if you don’t know how to make it click here to learn) .
Make 2ch and 9hdc in the ring, slst in the 2nd ch from the beginning.
2ch and 1 hdc in the same place, 2hdc in every stitch, slst in the 2nd ch from the beginning.
3. – 5. round
2ch, hdc in every stitch, slst in the 2nd ch from the beginning. Fasten off.
Note: Make it 4 and sew the button on each candle cozy. Dress the candles and place it on the holders and then on the wreath. If you like, put the wreath on the plate and put some snacks in the middle.
Hope you like this pattern and if you do please share it with your friends.
Till next time
